Dear Friends and Supporters,

I hope this letter finds you and loved ones in good health and spirit. On behalf of the Board of Directors and the many dedicated volunteers, it is my distinct pleasure to invite you to Gemini Healthcare Group’s Third Annual Dinner Gala on Saturday September 25th, 2010. This year’s event will be held at the Sheraton National Hotel, 900 S. Orme Street, Arlington, Virginia between 7PM‐12PM. We are planning to have dinner, presentations and entertainment.

Thanks to the support of friends and partners, the 2009‐2010 event had been a great success. The journey of this monumental year began with our Second Annual Fundraiser on Saturday September 26th, 2009 at the Hilton Hotel, in Alexandria, Virginia where over three hundred friends and supporters graced us with their presence and financial support. Building on that momentum, we began to develop and undertake a series of activities to carry out the missions of Gemini Healthcare Group, some of which I am honored to share with you in an article attached to this letter.

These activities lay the foundation for more and exciting projects to help the children of Ethiopia. While we take pride on the strides we have made so far, we are also humbled by the challenging economic times that have exacerbated the needs both in the USA, and in developing countries like Ethiopia. Heeding to these realities, Gemini Health Care Group, Inc. is making some strategic adjustments to achieve its overall mission of helping the children of Ethiopia. In the coming weeks and months, we will be sharing with you these exciting and promising ideas. We certainly look forward to seeing you on September 25th, 2010 for an evening of dinner, entertainment and networking.
